France Visa Application Centre is a service provided by VF Global Services Nigeria Ltd. (“VF”) provides logistic services to visa applicants seeking a France Visa and is only responsible for the following:

	To receive from an applicant his/her passport, completed visa form, supporting documentation (collectively, the "Documents") and the applicable fees such as visa fee, service fee and bank charges.
	To submit the Documents to the Consulate General of France, on behalf of the applicant.
	To collect the Passport back from the Consulate General of France, after completion of all formalities, and return the Passport back to the applicant.
	To schedule the appointment to the Consulate General of France for interview and biometric

Other Conditions:

	Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, The Consulate General of France reserves the right to ask for further documentation and to refuse the visa application.
	In certain cases, instead of the aforesaid procedure, The Consulate of France will hand over the relevant passport to the Applicants directly. In such cases, VF shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Passport, in any manner whatsoever.
	It must be noted that the grant or refusal of the France visa is at the sole discretion of The Consulate General of France and VF is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by The Consulate General of France. VF Global Services Nigeria Ltd will not be responsible for any decision/passport delays from the French Embassy. Also if the applicant does not collect the processed passports from VF Global visa application centers within 90 days from the date they are received from the French Embassy, the passports would be returned back to the French Embassy. Kindly note that VF Global Services Nigeria Ltd would not be held responsible for applicant not picking up their passports after they are processed by the Embassy and ready for collection at VFS.
	VF takes every reasonable precaution while handling the Documents of the applicants. However, VF shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever to the applicant for any Documents which are lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of a willful default of, VF.
	Negotiable Instruments wherever applicable are subject to realization. The service charges once received by VFS from the applicant will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances, irrespective of whether or not the desired visa is granted by The Consulate General of France to the applicant.
	The applicant agrees and accepts that VF neither controls The Consulate of France nor does it control or operate the services provided by them. Hence, VF will not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for the loss or damage of applicant's documents due to any default on the part of The Consulate General of France.
	VF is only responsible for scheduling an appointment for applicants who will visit the Consulate General of France for interview and biometric. VF do not hold any liability after the appointment is been scheduled. The decision to take interview and biometric is entirely up to The Consulate of General of France.

VF, in its sole discretion, may change, amend, cancel or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein at any time without any prior notice. No employee of VF has any authority whatsoever to change / amend / amplify or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein without the prior written approval of VF.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided by VF to the applicant shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja.

The applicant hereby accepts and confirms that the applicant and/or his/her representative, prior to submitting the visa application, has read, understood and agreed to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms, conditions and details provided herein.
