Submitting your Application
Kindly be
informed that the last receipt to be sold for France visa
application from GT Bank branches will be till 07th of
April, 2010 and applicant can schedule appointment, using VFS web
module till 08th of April, 2010, which means seats, will be
allocated till 9th of April, 2010.
From
12th April, 2010, Applicants have to visit direct to VFS
Visa application Centre for applying for
France visa under short
stay category.
Even if
receipts purchased carry validity for 30 days, applicants have to
schedule appointments to visit
France Consulate General
for visa application through VFS web module by 8th of
April, 2010 only.
No receipts
will be valid for scheduling an appointment through web module after
8th April, 2010 and hence no refund will be entertained
for any receipts purchased on or before 7th April,2010
but not scheduled by 8th
April,2010.
Applicants
coming to apply for visa till 9th of April, 2010 at
France Consulate,
Lagos will have to collect their
passports from Consulates General, visa section
only.
In due
course, VFS Visa application Centre address will be
announced.
How to Apply
Please go through the steps outlined below carefully to schedule an appointment
with the French Consulate for submitting your visa application.
Step 1:
All private and business visa applicants must pay the Service
Fee at a designated branch of
Guaranty trust Bank before scheduling their appointment.
Step 2:
After paying the fee,wait for 24 working hours to get the receipt validated and
return to this site and click on the link Schedule an
Appointment . Please keep your bank receipt number handy for online
validation on our website while scheduling.
Step 3:
Please report to the French Consulate in Lagos on
your date of interview at precisely the scheduled time. You must carry the
printed Appointment Letter, the Visa Application Form, your Passport and all
Requisite Documents.
